Mr. Davenport joined Castlelake in 2016 as part of the Aviation team, focused on technical aviation management, fleet management cost control, maintenance reserves evaluation, and technical due diligence. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. Davenport was with Jet Tech Aviation Services, where he focused on aircraft leasing company transactions. During this time, Mr. Davenport served as Quality Manager and ARC signatory at Part M Aviation, an EASA approved CAMO, dealing with the aircraft leasing sector, specifically EASA compliance and registration. Mr. Davenport began his career in USAF working on B52s before moving to various engineer positions in American Eagle Airlines, Delta Airlines and Shannon Aerospace. Mr. Davenport holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate and EASA B1 and B2 licenses. Mr. Davenport received his certificate in aviation law and finance from the Law Society of Ireland and a B.S. from the University of Limerick in project management.
