Mr. Gauvin joined Castlelake in 2011 and leads the Aviation Asset Management &Technical team, which is comprised of more than 10 professionals who are responsible for the technical management of the firm’s fleet of aircraft and spare engines. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. Gauvin served as the director of sales and marketing and later the vice president of technical services at GA Telesis, an aircraft and engine leasing and disassembly firm, where he was primarily responsible for leading the technical department. Prior to joining GA Telesis, Mr. Gauvin was the director of sales and marketing for the aircraft cargo conversions unit of Alcoa, an aluminum production and management company. Mr. Gauvin has also worked as an engineering manager and later regional sales director for Telair International, where he largely focused on design, support and sales of commercial aircraft system sales to airlines. Mr. Gauvin received his M.B.A. from the University of La Verne and completed his undergraduate studies at University of California (UCLA).

Mr. Rees joined Castlelake in 2014 and is part of the Aviation Asset Management &Technical team, focused on asset management of the aircraft portfolio, with responsibility for returns, deliveries and day-to-day oversight of the Castlelake fleet. Prior to joining Castlelake, he served as director of technical services for ILFC, the world’s second largest aircraft lessor, managing the engine aspects of their EMEA aircraft fleet. Prior to joining ILFC, Mr. Rees was the senior vice president – commercial for TES Aviation Group, a leading aviation asset management firm, where he led the engine leasing division, after previously heading their Macquarie AirFinance asset management team. Mr. Rees started his career as a graduate engineer with Rolls-Royce plc and progressed through a number of roles within their UK and international offices, most recently in the Aftermarket division as the risk manager for TotalCare. Mr. Rees received his bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from Imperial College, London, and is a member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Traders (ISTAT) and the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Mr. Addison joined Castlelake in 2017 as part of the Aviation Asset Management & Technical team. He is focused on technical oversight of both Castlelake’s existing aircraft fleet, as well as technical analysis for aircraft acquisitions and trading. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. Addison was with CIT Aerospace International as an assistant vice president, co-managing a narrowbody and widebody fleet of aircraft. Prior to joining CIT, Mr. Addison worked as an aircraft surveyor with Charles Taylor Consulting, focusing on aircraft inspection and record audits. He began his career serving in various roles at European airlines including British Air Ferries, KLM UK and Titan Airways. He holds an EASA B1 license with multiple type ratings and received his M.Sc. in air transport management from City University, London.

Mr. Howell joined Castlelake in 2017 and is part of the Aviation Asset Management & Technical team, focused on technical aviation management, technical diligence and lease management. Mr. Howell was previously a vice president at DVB Bank, where he led the aircraft lease management team. Prior to DVB, he held roles at AirClaims and Flyertech, managing the airworthiness of commercial aircraft and conducting inspections and lease returns and deliveries. Mr. Howell received his B.Sc. in aviation technologyand management from the University of Leeds.

Mr. Rangitsch joined Castlelake in 2016 and is part of the Aviation Asset Management & Technical team, focused on asset management of the aircraft portfolio, aircraft returns, deliveries and day-to-day oversight of the Castlelake fleet. Mr. Rangitsch has extensive commercial aviation experience inclusive of aircraft maintenance and inspection management, Part 145 MRO Management, project management, and aircraft leasing at Northwest Airlines, later Delta Airlines and Timco Aviation Services. He also has four years of aircraft maintenance experience with the U.S. Navy. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. Rangitsch was a vice president with International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC, subsequently AerCap), where he was responsible for negotiating, delivering, returning, managing, overseeing aircraft transfers and aircraft recovery worldwide. Mr Rangitsch received his B.S. in professional aeronautics at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, He holds an FAA A&P certificate.

Mr. Titus-Glover joined Castlelake in 2016 and is part of the Aviation Asset Management & Technical team, focused on asset management of the aircraft portfolio, aircraft returns, deliveries and day-to-day oversight of the Castlelake fleet. Prior to joining, he was with Nordic Aviation Capital, where he focused on lease negotiation, aircraft delivery and return, maintenance forecasting and reserve claim management. Prior to NAC, Mr. Titus-Glover was with Flyertech, where he focused on aircraft delivery and re-delivery projects. Prior to Flyertech, Mr. Titus-Glover was with Ghana Airways working his way up from an engineer to team leader in the fleet department.

Mr. van den Heuvel joined Castlelake in 2021 as part of the Aviation Asset Management team. He is focused on technical oversight of the firm’s existing aircraft fleet, as well as technical analysis for aircraft acquisitions and trading. Prior to joining Castlelake, he was with Aircastle in Singapore as Senior Vice President, Technical and focused on technical oversight and management of an aircraft portfolio, including management of aircraft transfers, deliveries, re-deliveries and technical due diligence inspections. He previously worked for several airlines and MROs, and also has experience in technical consulting supporting the aircraft leasing industry. Mr. van den Heuvel received his aircraft maintenance engineering degree from Dutch Aviation College.

Mr. O’Cinneide joined Castlelake in 2018 and is part of the Aviation Asset Management & Technical team, focused on managing the technical aspects of Castlelake’s engine fleet. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. O’Cinneide was with ILFC/AerCap as a vice president of engine management and focused on engine management for the company’s aircraft fleet in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining AerCap, Mr. O’Cinneide held various roles at Lufthansa Technik Airmotive Ireland, a subsidiary engine maintenance facility of Lufthansa Technik in Dublin. Mr. O’Cinneide is a B153 Certified Jet Engine Technician accomplished at Dublin Institute of Technology and holds a private pilot license for helicopters.

Mr. Ng joined Castlelake in 2016 and is part of the Aviation Asset Management & Technical team, focused on managing aviation technical data, running maintenance forecasts, managing maintenance reserve claims and supporting the marketing team with asset data. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. Ng was with Rolls-Royce plc, where he progressed through a number of customer and technical-focused roles in spare engine leasing. Mr. Ng received his M.Eng. with honors from the University of Sheffield in aerospace engineering, and is a professional member of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Mr. Ng is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Mr. Patel joined Castlelake in 2022 as part of the Aviation Asset Management & Technical team, focused on managing aviation technical data, managing maintenance reserve claims, as well as developing data storage and analysis to support the sale or acquisition process. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. Patel was with Atlas Air’s Power Plant team, where he focused on engine maintenance and forecasting for the company’s aircraft fleet. Mr. Patel received his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in aerospace engineering. Mr. Patel is fluent in Hindi.

Rebecca O’Donovan Associate VP Technical Services Manager, Aviation Ms. O'Donovan joined Castlelake in 2020 and is part of the Aviation Asset Management & Technical team, focused on leading the technical services team to manage technical data for Castlelake’s aviation portfolio, streamlining workflows and improving data accessibility across functional teams. Prior to joining Castlelake, Ms. O’Donovan was with Milestone Aviation Group as an AVP Technical, focusing on asset management and fleet support. In this role, she was responsible for asset management worldwide, supporting the marketing team with technical data, MRO and vendor sourcing, and technical budget forecasting. She also led system enhancements and data streamlining processes. Ms. O’ Donovan received her bachelor’s degree in aircraft systems from the Institute of Technology Carlow. She also holds a diploma in aviation leasing and financing from the Law Society of Ireland.

Mr. Gremin joined Castlelake in 2023 as part of the Aviation Asset Management & Technical team, focused on managing aviation technical data, managing maintenance reserve claims, as well as developing data storage and analysis to support the sale or acquisition process. Prior to joining Castlelake, he was with Atlantic Aviation Group’s CAMO Team, where he focused on supporting aircraft transition projects. Prior to joining AAG, Mr. Gremin provided technical support for Avia Capital Leasing Limited as a technical asset manager. He received his bachelor’s in telecommunication from Astrakhan State Technical University and a professional degree in aircraft airframe & powerplant from Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He also holds a diploma in aviation leasing and financing from the Law Society of Ireland. Mr. Gremin is fluent in Russian.
