Our Team

Mr. McElroy joined Castlelake in 2014 and is focused on private market opportunities in North America including commercial and industrial loan portfolios, equipment leases, and commercial and residential real estate. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. McElroy was a development associate with Dominium Development & Acquisition (DDA) where he was responsible for generating and analyzing new deals, overseeing the design and construction process, reviewing documents, working with attorneys and negotiating with lenders and investors. Prior to DDA, Mr. McElroy was an intern analyst in the FHA group with Oak Grove Capital. Mr. McElroy also spent five years playing professional hockey in the AHL, ECHL and in Europe. Mr. McElroy received his M.B.A. from the Opus College of Business at University of St. Thomas with a concentration in real estate. Mr. McElroy received his B.A. from the St. Cloud State University in finance & real estate.
