Andre Herman
Director, Specialty Finance
Mr. Herman joined Castlelake in 2025 and is part of the Specialty Finance team. He is primarily focused on SME and leasing, along with SRTs, debt purchasers, and Iberian coverage. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. Herman was an Investment Director at Veld Capital, where he led investments in granular performing credit, predominantly through loan portfolio acquisitions and SRTs. He started his career in Deutsche Bank’s European Structured Credit business. Mr. Herman received his B.Sc. in Economics from Durham University and is fluent in Spanish.
