Jakob Gallagher
Managing Director, Head of Aviation Capital Markets
Mr. Gallagher joined Castlelake in 2025 and is Head of Aviation Capital Markets at Castlelake. His responsibilities include sourcing and structuring financing opportunities and managing investor relations with capital providers. Before joining Castlelake, Mr. Gallagher founded Flighted Financial Services, an independent advisory platform focused on aviation finance and capital markets. Previously, he served as treasurer and head of capital markets at Wings Capital Partners, where he oversaw all capital formation functions, including investor relations, debt origination and structuring, and treasury. Earlier in his career, he worked in the investment banking transportation group at MUFG, focusing on originations and structured finance solutions for airlines and aviation leasing companies. He also held a role on the capital markets team at Aircastle. Mr. Gallagher holds a B.S. in business administration and finance from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, graduating cum laude.
