Jenny Viva

Ms. Viva joined Castlelake in 2023 and is part of the Capital Formation team. She is primarily focused on executing the firm’s strategic partnership and fundraising strategy in North America. Prior to joining Castlelake, Ms. Viva was an associate director within Balbec Capital’s Capital Formation Group, where she focused on North American investor relations and new business development. Prior to Balbec, she was an associate director within Barings’ Global Business Development Group focused on institutional sales and relationship management across the Southeast. She received her B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
