Michele Baldessarini
Managing Director, Head of EMEA Capital Formation
Mr. Baldessarini joined Castlelake in 2022 and is Managing Director and Head of EMEA Capital Formation. In this role, Mr. Baldessarini is responsible for leading Castlelake’s fundraising strategy and its strategic partnerships in Europe and Middle East. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. Baldessarini had nearly two decades of experience in global markets, investment banking, and asset management with senior roles at Pemberton Asset Management and Credit Suisse. He began his career in the analyst program at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Baldessarini holds a M.S. degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, cum laude.
