Rebecca O’Donovan

Ms. O’Donovan joined Castlelake in 2020 as part of the Aviation Asset Management team, focused on leading the technical services team to manage technical data for Castlelake’s aviation portfolio, streamlining workflows and improving data accessibility across functional teams. Prior to joining Castlelake, Ms. O’Donovan was with Milestone Aviation Group as an AVP Technical, focusing on asset management and fleet support. In this role, she was responsible for asset management worldwide, supporting the marketing team with technical data, MRO and vendor sourcing, and technical budget forecasting. She also led system enhancements and data streamlining processes. Ms. O’ Donovan received her Bachelor of Engineering in aircraft systems from the Institute of Technology Carlow. She also holds a diploma in aviation leasing and financing from the Law Society of Ireland.
