Peter Lelek
Managing Director, Head of North American Capital Formation
Mr. Lelek joined Castlelake in 2022 and is Head of North American Capital Formation. In this role, Mr. Lelek is responsible for leading Castlelake’s strategic partnership and fundraising strategy in North America. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. Lelek was with Allianz Global Investors in New York as Head of the North American Institutional Client Group where he focused on fundraising and relationship management. Before Allianz, Mr. Lelek was a Director in BlackRock’s US Institutional Group, where he was focused on developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Mr. Lelek began his career in the analyst program at BlackRock. Mr. Lelek received his B.A. from Connecticut College in economics and sociology.
